• Personal data: We process your personal data – including your name, academic institution, degree and programme name, academic email, contact number, term-time address, home address, and year of study – to manage the competition. This includes verifying eligibility, contacting entrants and winners, and awarding prizes. We may also publish the winner’s details (e.g., name and town/city) on our website and social media channels. Additionally, your personal data may be used to send you marketing communications about our products and services, and shared with competition judges for the purposes of judging, workshops, and other activities related to the competition. 
• Website Usage Analytics: We use cookies to track how you interact with our website to improve your browsing experience and assess website performance.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.
