By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms regarding the collection and use of your personal data:

Name, Academic Email Address, Name of University, University Course and Year of Study, Personal Phone Number, Home and Term Time Address, and Entry details including the text submitted for Report Proposal and Vision Piece.

Purpose of Processing: We will process your personal data for the following purposes: To administer the competition, including verifying eligibility, contacting entrants and winners, and awarding prizes. To publish winner’s details (e.g., name and town/city) on our website/social media channel]. To send you marketing communications about our products/services. To share your data with Competition Judges for judging, workshops and other activities related to the competition.

4. Legal Basis for Processing: The legal basis for processing your personal data for the competition administration is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR).

5. Data Retention: We will retain your personal data for six months after the competition for the purposes of administering the competition. After this period, your data will be securely deleted/anonymised, unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.
